With this in mind, we would like to inform you of an important leadership transition. After more than a decade of dedicated service, Martin Sutter will step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer on January 1st, 2025. Martin has been instrumental in guiding our firm through significant improvements in quality and service, contributing to both the growth of our company and the strength of our client relationships. We are pleased to share that Martin will remain actively involved with Marcuard Family Office as a Senior Partner, he will continue to support our clients. As a new member of the Board of Directors, he will contribute his expertise on strategic matters.

We are delighted to announce that Andreas Arni will succeed Martin as CEO. Andreas brings with him 20 years of experience in banking and wealth management, having held leadership positions at several banks. His extensive experience serving wealthy families in Switzerland and internationally, coupled with his dedication and vision, make us confident that Andreas will uphold the values and excellence of Marcuard Family Office as we move forward.
